Order Processing All orders are freshly prepared upon receipt. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation and quality checks before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via standard courier services. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
International Shipping We ship to 28+ countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, and more. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Food & Freshness All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend storing products as per the instructions on the packaging upon receipt. Please consume within the shelf life mentioned on the label.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Durga Foods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
